The Iralepo of Isinkan, Oba Oluwagbemiga Olofin-Adimula Arulemosi III, has been honoured and inaugurated as a Royal Ambassador of the Believers’ Family Foundation Network in recognition of his royal influence and commitment to peace and national development.
The monarch received the honour during an event organised by the foundation, which seeks to promote positive values, peaceful coexistence and collective efforts towards rebuilding Nigeria.
The award was in recognition of Iralepo’s “Royal Influence” and a call to join hands with the foundation in its mission of rebuilding Nigeria.
Speaking at the occasion, the monarch, while appreciating the foundation for the honour, pledged to support initiatives that promote peace, unity and responsible citizenship.
He stressed the need for Nigerians, irrespective of their backgrounds, to work together for the progress of the country, noting that traditional institutions have an important role to play in promoting peaceful coexistence and strengthening communities.
Oba Olofin-Adimula said Nigeria’s challenges required collective responsibility, urging individuals, organisations and leaders to promote truth, justice, love and good conduct in their various spheres of influence.
He expressed optimism that Nigeria could attain greater peace and development if citizens remained committed to national unity and positive values.
The monarch also endorsed the foundation’s peace message, declaring his desire to see Nigeria emerge as one of the most peaceful nations in the world.
The President/Convener of the Believers’ Family Foundation, Florence Bulous Ojo, said the appointment of the traditional ruler as a Royal Ambassador was part of efforts to enlist influential Nigerians in the foundation’s mission of promoting peace and rebuilding the nation.
