The Management of the Federal University of Technology Akure, FUTA has extended the tenure of the university Librarian, Dr Belau Gbadamosi by one year with effect from 1st August 2021 in accordance with the provisions of the Universities (Miscellaneous Provisions Amendment) Act 2012.
In a letter conveying the message the Registrar Mr. Richard Arifalo wrote “On behalf of the Governing Council, I congratulate you very warmly on this well-deserved extension.
It is hoped that you will be motivated to put in your best effort to further improve upon the good standard of administration already attained by the university, and that you will continue to be loyal and committed to the course of the university.
Dr Gbadamosi was first appointed FUTA Librarian for a single term of five years in 2016.
