The Special Assistant to Ondo State Governor on Digital Media, Hon. Kikelomo Isijola has congratulated the state Governor, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa over his victory at the governorship poll on Saturday.
In her congratulatory message, Hon. Isijola expressed optimism that Governor Aiyedatiwa´s tenure would better the lot of people of Ondo State, especially women and youths.
She thanked residents of the state especially Akure South local government area for keeping faith with the model of development that gives people the dignity to compete and be the best that they can be.
Isijola noted that the people had chosen service; competition and choice over very banal patronage.
The S.A on Digital Media expressed joy that all the hard work of Aiyedatiwa´s government in the last ten months had been vindicated, saying with the mandate of Aiyedatiwa, the people of Ondo State have connected with the choice and model of governance and have chosen the accelerated development, where one doesn’t need to know anybody before he gets an opportunity.
She described the election as a reflection of the choice made by voters in Ondo State.
“Ondo people have spoken with their votes, reflecting their desire for progress.”
“I urge the people of Ondo State to support Governor Aiyedatiwa as he directs the affairs of our state in the years ahead.”
“I can assure all the good people of Ondo State that the future of our dear State under Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa will witness greater level of development in all areas and our dear State and all citizens of the State can be rest assured that the Sunshine State will further witness greater degree of peace and tranquility..” Isijola said
