A security expert and prominent son of Akure Kingdom, Mr. Olufemi Meshe, has congratulated the Deji of Akure, Oba Aladetoyinbo Ogunlade Aladelusi, CFR, Odundun II, on the conferment of an Honorary Doctorate Degree by Achievers University, Owo.

The honour was bestowed on the monarch during the university’s 15th Convocation Ceremony, held on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at its campus in Owo, Ondo State.

In a statement personally signed by him, Mr. Meshe, who is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Inter Atlas Synergy Limited, described the award as well-deserved, noting that the peaceful reign of Oba Aladetoyinbo has brought remarkable growth and development across Akure Kingdom.

According to him, the monarch’s leadership has continued to attract commendations and recognitions beyond the shores of the kingdom, adding that such accolades are a reflection of his enduring contributions to peace, stability and development.

Mr. Meshe commended Achievers University for the honour, stressing that the recognition would further motivate the revered traditional ruler to do more for Akure Kingdom, Nigeria and humanity at large.

“This recognition is clearly in appreciation of the outstanding achievements of His Majesty, as well as his sacrifices as a philanthropist and a committed grassroots developer,” he said.

He prayed for God’s continued strength and wisdom for the monarch, noting that Oba Aladetoyinbo’s role as the Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger State, further underscores his service to the nation beyond the traditional institution.

Mr. Meshe also highlighted that the Deji of Akure is a Justice of the Peace, describing him as a true man of peace whose disposition has engendered unprecedented development in the Ondo State capital since his ascension to the throne.

“Kabiyesi remains an inspiration to both the old and the young, and I am always proud to be associated with him,” Meshe concluded.
