Tinubu Dedicates 73rd Birthday to National Prayer and Reflection

Abuja – President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will mark his 73rd birthday on Friday, March 29, with a special prayer session at the National Mosque in Abuja.

The event, which coincides with the holy month of Ramadan, will be dedicated to prayers for Nigeria’s peace, progress, and prosperity.

According to a statement by Special Adviser to the President on Information & Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President sees the occasion as an opportunity for spiritual reflection and national supplication.

He will also express gratitude to God for sustaining him in his leadership journey.

The statement highlights that President Tinubu’s choice of a prayer session underscores his commitment to the nation’s spiritual and moral well-being. He believes collective prayer remains a powerful tool for fostering national unity and progress.

“As I mark another birthday and look forward to our second anniversary, my heart is filled with Renewed Hope for Nigeria. I urge all citizens to pray for divine guidance, unity, and healing for our land. Together, we shall overcome challenges and build a nation where every citizen thrives,” Tinubu stated.

The President also expressed appreciation to Nigerians for their support and assured them of his administration’s dedication to economic recovery, security reforms, and democratic consolidation.

Citizens across the country are encouraged to join in prayers from their places of worship, reinforcing a nationwide commitment to unity and shared destiny.
