As the people of Ibulesoro in Ifedore Local Government area of Ondo State look forward to the selection process of a new Monarch next week, the Regent of the community, Princess Moyinoluwa Falowo has appealed to the Kingmakers to put God first in their decision.
Princess Falowo, who made the appeal in her message shared on her Facebook page, also called on sons and daughters of the community to be prayerful, and remain peaceful in order to achieve the desired result which would end their long-term yearning for a new King.
Her words: “On Tuesday, 24th August 2021, the people of Ibule-Soro will be selecting the next Olubule. We seek for your prayers and goodwill as we decide the next phase of our leadership.
“I charge my people to remain calm, peaceful and prayerful as we take this very significant big step. I will encourage the Kingmakers to put God’s interest first, as He is the master Kingmaker.
” I will also enjoin all aspirants and their supporters to embrace the spirit of sportsmanship ahead, as the progress of Ibule-Soro is top priority over the contest.
” I am excited to handover to anyone who emerges as the choice of God and the people. God bless Ibule-Soro. God bless Ondo State”.
Report says Ondo State Governor has given approval for the three remaining Kingmakers in the community to proceed with the selection of a new King.
