Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has approved the appointment of Femi Idris, Chairman of the Local Government Service Commission.
A statement by Richard Olatunde, the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor lists other full-time members of Local Government Service Commission as Ife Iji, Dennis Alonge, Mrs Ronke Ojo and Bola Taiwo.
Akeredolu equally approved the appointment of Rev Raphael Agboola, Full Time Chairman of the state’s Christian Welfare Board.
Others appointed as Part-time members of the Board are Rev. John Oladapo, Apostle Charles Ajepe, Pastor Funmilayo Odeyemi and Rev. Father Fidelis Olokunboro.
In the same vein the Governor approved the appointment of Alhaja Fausat Olorunyomi; Alhaji Abdurasheed Olawoye; Alhaji Abdulateef Akerele and Alhaji Nureni Akorede as Part-time members of the state’s Muslim Welfare Board.
The appointments take immediate effect.
