The Commissioner For Regional Integration and Special Duties in Ondo State, Professor Bayonile Ademodi is Dead.
Professor Ademodi, a native of Ondo town passed on Saturday 19th December 2020 during a medical surgery.
His death was confirmed by the commissioner for information, Mr Donald Ojogo.
He was aged 68.
Ademodi was a Professor of Chemical Engineering.

The Member representing Ondo West Constituency 1 in the Ondo State House of Assembly,Hon. Tomide Akinribido has mourned the death of Prof. Bayonile Ademodi;renowned chemical engineer,ace educationist and Ondo state commissioner for Regional integration and special duties.
The Honorable member in a statement he personally signed,extolled the late commissioner as a highly devout progressive,a beacon of light whose life was a great source of inspiration and direction to many,especially the younger generation of leaders in all spheres of life.
Hon. Akinribido noted that the late Prof. Ademodi would be remembered for his exemplary lifestyle as a man who demonstrated great commitment to the service of humanity and ondo state,adding that his dynamism and diligence endeared him to the people of Ondo east LGA and Ondo Kingdom in particular and progressives nationwide.
While commiserating with his family,good people of ondo east LGA/ondo kingdom and the Ondo State Government for the irreparable loss, Hon. Akinribido urged them to take solace in the fact that the late commissioner made impacts in his immediate Ondo community,his national political sphere,Ondo State and Yorubaland.
“Our prayer is that God Almighty will grant him eternal rest and comfort his family”,the lawmaker added.
