BREAKING: INEC Declares Tinubu, Winner of 2023 Presidential Election.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Wednesday morning declared former Lagos State Governor, Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the winner of the presidential election in Nigeria.

Chairman of the commission, Professor Mahmood Yakubu, who announced the results of the election held on Saturday, February 25, disclosed that Tinubu, of the All Progressives Congress (APC), polled 8,794,726 votes to defeat Atiku Abubakar of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and Peter Obi of the Labour Party as well as other candidates of political parties that contested the election.
