The Ondo State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has commended workers across the state for their dedication, resilience, and commitment to development, as Nigeria marks the 2025 Workers’ Day.
In a statement signed by the party’s State Publicity Secretary, Alex Kalejaye, the APC described the prevailing industrial harmony in the state as a reflection of a strong understanding between the government and the workforce.
State Chairman of the party, Engr. Ade Adetimehin, praised workers for their zeal and professionalism, noting that their support has been instrumental in driving the state’s development agenda.
Adetimehin also applauded the state government for its continued commitment to workers’ welfare, including the implementation of the new minimum wage and other welfare-oriented policies.
“The party congratulates all the workers of Ondo State as they celebrate their day and wishes them a happy celebration,” he stated.
He assured that the current administration would intensify its developmental efforts to ensure the well-being of all residents of the state.
The APC reiterated its commitment to sustaining cooperation with the workforce, particularly in improving welfare and enhancing the living conditions of citizens, core objectives of both the party and the government.
