The Iralepo of Isinkan kingdom in Akure south local government area of Ondo State, Oba (Barrister) Oluwagbemiga Ajimokunola Olofin-Adimula (Arulewolasi III) has hailed the approval of Ondo deep sea port and granting of operating license.
The Monarch in a message personally signed by him congratulated the state Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu SAN, the State Executive Council Members and the people of Ondo State on the feat. He also commended Prince Ademola Adegoroye, the Minister of State for Transport.
The traditional ruler noted the doggedness of the governor and his team at ensuring that the deep sea port comes to reality.
“I have noted your zeal and focused determination at making things happen and breaking new grounds. Things that have been considered impossible, you have made them possible with ease.”
With the approval, Iralepo said the state would witness tremendous development and become a major economic hub in Nigeria.
“I know for a fact, this project will create over 100,000 new job opportunities for the people of Ondo State, it will boost the economy of the state and generate revenue to the state, the influx of trade, commerce and investment will lead to an industrial revolution, and when completed, it would be Nigeria’s second deep seaport.”
“It is not a coincidence that the project becomes a reality during your reign but due to your purposeful leadership and determination to leave the state better than you met it.” Iralepo said
The Isinkan Monarch said his Kingdom is fully ready to support and collaborate with the state government at providing conducive atmosphere for investors that would be trooping to Ondo State capital.
