…As Olumuyiwa Aguda Becomes Olu Kajola, Isinkan
All is now set for the first coronation anniversary of Isinkan Monarch, Oba Oluwagbemiga Ajimokunola Olofin-Adimula (Arulewolasi III) at his palace in Isinkan in Akure south local government area of Ondo State.
The anniversary comes up on Friday 4th November, 2022 at Ita Owa, Iralepo’s palace.
Activities to mark the event include; awareness trek at 8am, launch of education endowment foundation and presentation of Cheques to students, installation of Mr Olumuyiwa Aguda as Olu Kajola and Mrs Ayodele Ifedayo Janet as Iyalode of Isinkan Kingdom.
On Sunday 6th November, 2022, there will be a thanksgiving service at Saint Thomass Anglican Church at 10am.
Those expected during the Chieftaincy installation include the Ondo State Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi; (Ọjájá II) CFR, Dr. Bolanle Olawale Babalakin, SAN a philanthropist, and Chairman of The Bi-Courtney Group of companies, the Ondo State Commissioner for finance, Mr Wale Akinterinwa among others.
Oba Oluwagbemiga Ajimokunola Olofin-Adimula ascended the throne of his forefathers on the 4th of November, 2021 as the 38th on the Oralopo dynasty and the 49th Oba on the Obara dynasty and being circa 94th Oba of Isinkan.
