HUNDREDS OF YOUTHS IDENTIFYING WITH THE #ENDSARS PROTEST HAVE GROUNDED ECONOMIC AND OFFICIAL ACTIVITIES IN AKURE, THE ONDO STATE CAPITAL, BY BLOCKING MAJOR ROUTES IN THE CAPITAL CITY.
SOME OF THE AREAS BLOCKED INCLUDED ONDO ROAD, AGAGU ROAD, CUSTOMS JUNCTION, NEPA AREA, FIRST BANK AT ALAGBAKA-AKURE, FUTA AND ROAD BLOCK AXIS OF AKURE.
IT WAS A CARNIVAL LIKE IN MOST THE JUNCTIONS BLOCKED BY THE YOUTHS, WHILE SOME SET UP MUSIC, COOKING ON THE ROADS AND OTHER PLAYING FOOTBALL ON THE ROAD.
THE PROTESTERS DETERMINED WITH THE PROTEST MADE NEAR THE ROAD AT FUTA SEEN WITH STOCKED BOTTLED-WATER AND FOODS ITEMS
