A renowned Journalist and Spokesperson of the Nigerian Space Agency, Dr Felix Ale has commended the Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu for his passionate and sincere eulogium at the burial service held in honour of Late Prophet Temitope Joshua in Lagos.
In a statement, Dr Ale described the shower of tributes on the diseased by the Governor as highly commendable, a demonstration of love and display of profound appreciation, given the immense contributions of late Prophet Temitope Joshua in the betterment of the lives of people around the globe.
The distinguished Media Scholar expressed amazement at the meekness of the Governor in appreciating the financial support he once received from the tele-evangelist, a move which he described as unassuming and a rare leadership quality which is a trait absent amongst most people of his status and echelon.
According to him, Governor Akeredolu literally moved the Ondo state Government house to the burial, as he led Commissioners, Political leaders and some members of the Ondo state House of Assembly to pay final respect to the late Prophet whom he described as a great ambassador of the Sunshine State.
Dr Ale described the representation of Ondo state at the burial as top notch and outstanding, saying Akeredolu has shown the world that he is a great leader who is not only very appreciative of his people but also very courageous, sincere and patriotic.
The Media Scholar explained that the telephone conversations with one of his foreign colleagues who watched the burial ceremony live far away from the City of Austin in United States same day were basically on Governor Akeredolu open eulogy and testimony which according to him was described by his friend as very symbolic and inspiring.
He maintained that Akeredolu’s assertions and verdicts laid credence to T B Joshua life of philanthropy and love for humanity.
Dr Ale therefore expressed appreciation to the Governor for the honour bestowed on the great man of God, who had lived selflessly and impacted humanity.
