PRESS STATEMENT.
INEC SHOULD NOT COMPROMISE THE ELECTORAL PROCESS IN ONDO ELECTION.
We have it on good authority that, there is pressure on the Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) to compromise the October, 2020 Gubernatorial Elections in Ondo State.
We have information that the automatic transmission of results from the Polling Units using the Zpad is about to be abandoned in Owo and its environs to allow irregularities to be perpetrated in these areas.
This move if allowed has capacity to precipitate crisis for an election that we are sure to win if free and fair.
The desperation exhibited by the Rotimi Akeredolu led APC is worrisome and should be condemned by all well meaning and peace loving people of Ondo State.
