The MD and Chief Executive Officer of Klick Konnect Networks, Chief Alex Ajipe has expressed disappointment and deep sorrow over the killing of Olufon of Ifon in Ose Local Government of Ondo state Oba Israel Adeusi, by suspected kidnappers.
Chief Ajipe lamented the killing as outrageous, barbaric and expressed sadness over the killing and urged security agencies to redouble their efforts to ensure that the perpetrators of the dastardly act were brought to justice.
Ajipe in a statement issued by his media aide, Solomon Adewoye in Akure the state capital described the late monarch has Peace-loving and generous person, saying his death is a big loss to the people of Ifon and Ondo state at large.
The monarch was killed on Owo-Benin highway yesterday.
Ajipe pointed out that given the drive towards the transformation of Ondo state to an industrial hub, no efforts would be spared by the Akeredolu led government to ensure the safety of lives and property to attract investors to the state.
He however enjoined security agents in the state to also be pro-active in protecting lives and property of the citizenry,
Ajipe also condoles the family of the late Monarch, the people of Ifon and the state government
“I call on our people to be more vigilant and expose all criminal elements in our domain. Governor Akeredolu is trying his best to protect our people and make Ondo state enviable among committee of states and everybody must join hands together to protect our dear state and we must all be vigilance so that we can make the work easier for the governor. He said.
