Report just reaching SUNSHINETRUTH indicates that a vehicle belonging to an Anglican church, Okeagbe Akoko diocese has crushed two persons to death in Ikare Akoko, Ondo state.
The accident occurred early this morning around 6:30am.
The vehicle was said to have had a break failure at Oloko axis, Okorun in Ikare-Akoko, the same spot where several people were killed by a truck two weeks ago.
This is coming less than two weeks that similar accident claimed about seven lives in the town and another crash claimed about five lives at Akungba Akoko last week.
