2023: APC Leaders in Akoko North East Adopt, Ipinsagba, BTO as Consensus Aspirants

The leaders of the All Progressives Congress APC in Akoko North East local government of Ondo State have adopted Pastor Jide Ipinsagba and Bunmi Tunji Ojo to represent them at the National Assembly.


Rising from their meeting, the party leadership unanimously adopted Pastor Jide Ipinsagba as their North Senatorial candidate and picked Bunmi Tunji Ojo to return to house of representatives to represent Akoko North East/West Federal  Constituency.


Chairman of the meeting, Saliu Mumuni hinged their decision on their track records and good representations in the past.


He said the candidates have the capacity and connections to influence development to the area.


The meeting was convinced that with Pastor Ipinsagba as senatorial candidate, it would be easy to beat all comers.


They acknowledged his immense contributions to the area and his support as well as commitment to APC.


The chairman implored members to queue behind the candidates and work for their success during the primary and general elections.


Those in attendance include, Ward Charmen, Women Leaders and Executives of the APC in Akoko North East.


Others are; Hon. Fatal Olotu(Commissioner for Planning), Hon.Niyi Useni (SA to the Governor), Deacon Moshood Ishola (State Auditor APC), APC Akoko North East Party Chairman Saliu Mumuni, Leader of the Party Gabriel Aderomilehin, Former Local Government Chairman in Akoko NorthEast, Hon. Ganiyu Ojo, Senior Special Adviser to the governor on youth and student affairs, Hon. Muyiwa Ogunyemi amongst others
