Mother of ex-lawmaker, Akindele Adeniyi begins final journey home

All is now set for the final burial ceremony of late Madam Comfort Atansola Adeniyi, mother of a former member of the Ondo State House of Assembly, Hon Akindele Adeniyi.
Madam Adeniyi passed away at the age of 82 years.
Iju in Akure North local government area of Ondo state is expected to come alive as prominent Nigerians will grace the burial ceremony .
Christian Wake holds on Friday at the residence of the deceased by 4pm at No 7 , Odo Imun quarters, Iju while the funeral service holds on Saturday at Saint Stephen’s Anglican Church, Iju.
Entertainment of guests follow at Anglican Grammar School playing ground Iju.
According to a statement issued by Head, Media and publicity for the burial progarmme, Ayodeji Moradeyo, dignitatries from all walks of life are expected to grace the event
Among them are the speaker of the Ondo state house of assembly, Hon Bamidele Oleyelogun, Deputy Speaker, Hon Samuel Aderoboye and both present and former lawmakers.
Also expected at the programme are, Hon Olusola Oke, Minister of State for Niger Delta, Chief Tayo Alasoadura, Ondo State Commissioner for Works, Hon Saka Yusuf Ogunleye, among other dignitatries.
