The former Special Assistant on Media to Ex-Caretaker Chairman of Idanre Local Government Area, Hon.Kolawole Ola Agboola has Congratulated Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu (SAN), Chief Lucky Aiyedatiwa, Engr.Ade Adetimehin, the All Progressive Congress (APC) and the people of Ondo State on the overwhelming victory of the governor at the gubernatorial election.
Agboola,who said the re-election of Akeredolu is divine, also commended the good people of Sunshine State for keeping faith with the party and for their unwavering support for the governor and the APC at the polls.
In a statement he personally signed,Hon.Agboola said that the electorates have shown clearly through the resounding victory of Mr.Talk and Do,that they can make up their own minds, irrespective of pressures and persuasions,by voting massively for the APC and indeed Akeredolu at the just conclude election.
He charged the Governor to see his second coming as most divine and rededicate himself to the service of the people of the state,who have freely given him their mandate for second term.
“The people have again spoken with one voice through their mandate, freely given.I have always said it that our people are sophisticated and know which party is working and those that have their genuine interest at heart.This they have demonstrated in Ondo State.
“I had no doubt in my mind that our party would come out victorious.we campaigned vigorously and encouraged our supporters to vote their conscience”. Agboola said.
Hon.Agboola enjoined Akeredolu to continue with the good work he started and prayed God to continue to grant him the wisdom and strength to steer the ship of the state aright.
