The state party’s chairman Hon. Fatai Adams made the declaration while addressing the leaders of the party in a meeting today at the state capital, Akure.
Hon. Adams said Prince Erewa in his magnanimity had vowed to rebuild the structure and ensure the party secretariat is completed before December ending so that activities can bounce back at the offices.
PDP candidate in the just concluded governorship election in Ondo State Barr. Eyitayo Jegede, SAN, thanked Prince Erewa for coming to the rescue of the party at this crucial stage.
He said Erewa has added value and substance to the party that his impact so far cannot be forgotten.
He now charged him not to relent in his contribution to the growth and development of the party in the state.
Reacting on the development Ambassador, Omolade Oluwateru member of BOT and Dr. Tayo Dairo, chairman Elders council in the state eulogized the kind gesture of Prince Godday Erewa and they prayed that God will help him in accomplishing the laudable project.
Speaking with Prince Erewa, he said he is ready and willing to reconstruct the burnt secretariat by demolishing the building, start construction and ensure that a befitting building is put in place before the end of the year.
