*** As Anchor Leadership Academy Trains 500
Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Anchor International Outreach Ministry and President of Anchor International Youth and Teen Work Academy (AIYTA), Lagos, Dr. Bolarinwa Michael Omotosho has said the greatest asset of any nation, community, organization, or ministry is not the empire or structure acquired but the right people they discovered, mentored, empowered, and exposed to leadership opportunities with the right attitude.
He appealed to the over 500 church leaders from different denominations in attendance at the combined 2022 Train-the-Trainers cutting-edge book project conference organized by Anchor Leadership Academy (ALA) and the maiden convocation ceremony of the Anchor International Youth and Teen Work Academy (AIYTA) held at the West Africa Theological Seminary, Lagos, on Saturday, November 12, 2022.
“The solution to any nation’s, community’s, organization’s, or ministry’s problem is not the empire we’re building, but leaders with the right and Godly attitude, as stated in Proverbs 29:2: “when the righteous is in authority, the people rejoice; but when a wicked man rules, the people groan.” “The difference between a developing and developed country, organization, or church is just the leaders with the right attitude,” he added.
Train-The – Trainers Cutting – Edge Book Project
Dr. Omotosho, told journalists at the events that the Train-the-Trainers cutting-edge book project conference was organized by Anchor Leadership Academy (ALA). It is truly a joyful time as we are able to train church leaders, pastors, missionaries, and evangelists who are thirsty to know God’s word more and impact their world. ALA provides this bible-centered leadership, ministry, and family enrichment training with the intention and expectation that the over 500 leaders and pastors in attendance will confidently build Godly homes, which is their primary constituency, shepherd God’s people, disciple next-generation leaders, and in turn equip them to train others. We thank God for making it possible for (ALA) to distribute a free Charles Spurgeon Study Bible, a set of books and ministry enrichment e-books including a Bible Dictionary, a Dictionary on Christian Ethics, commentary, a concordance, a workbook, and a conference kit worth over $350 each to 400 participants during the conference.

AIYTA
Anchor International Youth and Teen Work Academy and Anchor Leadership Academy are arms of Anchor International Outreach Ministry, a non-profit, Christ-centered interdenominational ministry established to raise healthy, productive Next Generation Leaders, who will give themselves towards the advancement of the well-being of young people in this generation. We have cultivated partnerships among the different organizations, to equip next-generation leaders for nation-building, since our incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria in 2006.
With the aid of our strong network in Nigeria and some other African countries, we are raising next-generation leaders that will be committed to kingdom work and also be relevant in society. In Nigeria and across Africa, we are also combating an increase in domestic violence, drug and substance abuse, child abuse and prevention, rape and campus harassment, human trafficking, and commercial exploitation of children.
