EASTER: Akure South Councillor, Dare Ogunsuyi Greets Christians, Distributes Gifts

The Councillor representing Gbogi/Isikan1, Ward 2 in Akure South Local Government, Hon (Chief) Dare Ogunsuyi has felicitated all Christians in Akure South LG, especially citizens of Gbogi/Isikan 1, Ward 2 as we celebrate the Death and Rise of our Lord Jesus Christ, this Easter Season.

He urged the people of the Ward and particularly members of APC to be steadfast and renew their dedication and loyalty to the Party.

He also appealed to members of APC to close ranks and eschew any form of rancor amongst them.


He preached Peaceful Co-existence and the need to imbibe the Spirit of the Season in which “Jesus Sacrificed Himself for our sins.”

Hon Ogunsuyi also used the opportunity to distribute various monetary palliative packages to members of the Party in Ward 2.

A total sum of Two Hundred Thousand Naira Only (#200,000), was distributed to members of the Party and Leaders in the ward.

One of the recipients, Mr Toyin Adesulure (Sanjay), praised the philanthropic gesture of the Councillor since he was elected and prayed that God will continue to guide his steps.


Another recipient, Mrs Falaiye thanked the Councillor for facilitating the recent grading of roads in Ehin-Apata and other communities in the Ward.


This is apart from the construction of Bridge at Ehin-Apata that links Falowo St in Ward 2 to Gaga in Ward 8 in Akure south local government area.

Hon Ogunsuyi while appreciating his teeming supporters promised to do more as he is always ready to serve.


He also promised that several other palliatives will be rolled out in due course for the benefits of his constituents.
