Ward Coordinators Inaugurated in Ondo North to Mobilise Support for Tinubu’s Re-election
The Director-General of the BTO4PBAT movement, Ogbeni Adesuyi Adojutelegan, has expressed confidence that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will successfully address Nigeria’s security challenges as his administration deepens ongoing reforms.
Adojutelegan stated this during the inauguration of Ward Coordinators for the BTO4BAT political support organisation, tasked with driving grassroots mobilisation for the President’s 2027 re-election bid.
He noted that the rising incidents of armed kidnappings of schoolchildren and other criminal activities demand a united front, stressing that the newly inaugurated coordinators have a strategic role to play in galvanising support across communities.
According to him, the positive reforms introduced under the Tinubu administration — particularly in the interior and security sectors — are already resonating with Nigerians and are expected to translate into stronger electoral backing ahead of 2027.
“The coordinators must engage in grassroots mobilisation for President Bola Tinubu’s re-election across the wards,” he said.
“The President has performed excellently across sectors and remains committed to tackling the nation’s security challenges.”
The Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, represented by Fafumilade Adetilewa, reaffirmed the government’s determination to overcome insecurity. He maintained that the administration’s reforms are yielding visible progress.
“We will overcome insecurity, I assure you,” he said. “Support President Bola Tinubu’s good initiatives and his re-election in 2027. He has performed well and deserves another term.”
Also speaking, Kehinde Obanla, Chairman of the APC in Akoko North West Local Government Area, urged party members to align fully with the President’s re-election efforts, adding that Tunji-Ojo’s impressive performance should reflect in the ballot.
One of the newly inaugurated coordinators, Suleiman Muyideen, promised vigorous mobilisation at the grassroots, citing the Minister’s goodwill among constituents as a strong advantage for the President’s campaign.
The event marks another step in the coalition’s broader strategy to consolidate support for President Tinubu across Ondo North and the state at large.
