The Senate Deputy leader and the Asiwaju of Akokoland, Sen (Prof) Robert Ajayi Boroffice has condoled with his Excellency Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, Executive Governor of Ondo state on the demise of his mother, Evangelist Grace Akeredolu.
In a condolence letter signed by the Senate Deputy majority leader, He sympathized with Gov Akeredolu describing the loss as monumental and irreparable as Mama has made impact on the lives of people around her.
Senator Boroffice described Mama as a good woman whose good works are evident in the lives of her children especially Governor Akeredolu owing to the developmental activities he is carrying out in the state.
He said Mama had impacted the lives of those around her, and her legacy will live on in the numerous lives she has impacted as a testament of her good works.
The Asiwaju of Akokoland implored all to emulate the deceased, as she was a woman given to prayer and evangelism in her service to God and humanity.
He therefore called on the children to follow the footsteps of their departed mother in good works, so that her legacy will endure not only in the hearts of the people, but be glaring for all to see.
The Senate Deputy Leader therefore extended condolences on behalf of the good people of Akokoland and constituents of Ondo North Senatorial district to the entire Akeredolu’s family
