Aiyedatiwa at 61: Iralepo of Isinkan, Oba Olofin-Adimula Applauds Pro-Monarchy Policies, Road Projects, Prays for Governor

The Iralepo of Isinkan Kingdom in Akure South local government area of Ondo State, His Royal Majesty, Oba Oluwagbemiga Olofin-Adimula (Arulewolasi III), has congratulated the Governor of Ondo State, Dr Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, on the occasion of his 61st birthday, describing him as a focused and compassionate leader whose administration has delivered meaningful development across the state.

In a congratulatory message made available to the press, the monarch commended the governor’s achievements in key sectors, including infrastructure, education, healthcare, security, agriculture, youth empowerment and economic development, noting that his leadership has continued to promote stability and progress in Ondo State.


Oba Olofin-Adimula particularly lauded Governor Aiyedatiwa for the award of road construction and rehabilitation projects within Isinkan Kingdom, noting that the intervention will significantly improve mobility, boost commercial activities and enhance the living conditions of residents.

The royal father also applauded the governor for his approval of the five per cent allocation from local government funds to traditional rulers across the state, describing the policy as a historic step that has improved the welfare and standards of monarchs, strengthened traditional institutions and enhanced their capacity to contribute meaningfully to grassroots governance.

In addition, the Iralepo commended Governor Aiyedatiwa for the recent provision of vehicles to traditional rulers across all categories in Ondo State, describing the gesture as unprecedented and highly symbolic. According to him, the vehicles have enhanced the mobility, security and efficiency of monarchs in carrying out their traditional, administrative and community responsibilities.


He further praised Governor Aiyedatiwa’s respect for the traditional institution, describing his relationship with royal stools across the state as cordial, supportive and development-driven.

According to him, the governor has consistently demonstrated love, kindness and goodwill towards the Iralepo stool and the people of Isinkan, thereby deepening trust and cooperation between government and communities.


The monarch described the governor as a leader whose people-oriented approach continues to inspire hope at the grassroots.


He offered prayers for the governor, saying, “May God bless you with good health, wisdom and strength to continue serving Ondo State and its people with love and dedication. May all your endeavours be blessed with success, and may you continue to be a beacon of hope for the state.”


Oba Olofin-Adimula added that the people of Isinkan Kingdom remain deeply appreciative of the governor’s commitment to their welfare. “Your Excellency, we are grateful for your dedication to Ondo State and Isinkan Kingdom in particular. Your continued leadership is a blessing to our community,” he said.


The Iralepo further prayed that Governor Aiyedatiwa would enjoy many more years of success and prosperity, expressing confidence that the present generation would thrive under his guidance and visionary leadership.
