The Management of Africa College of Agriculture Vocational and Technical Studies (ACAVATS), has announced the date for the resumption of student for the new academic session.
ACAVATS is An Innovation Enterprise Institution which offers Diploma programs, Vocational
Certificates and Skill Acquisition Trainings for school leavers, un-employed/under-employed graduates of tertiary institutions, working class who needs to be re-skilled and others who desire relevant employable skills
According to the Registrar of the school, Mr Francis Adebayo, the school will open for the new academic session on Monday November 9th for the returning students.
Mr Francis also stated that Admission is currently in Progress for new students for the 2020/2021 academic session .
According to him, Application Form is currently on sale for the sum of N 5,000 at the School premises located at Km 4, Oba Ile Road opposite Jens Hotel besides Freeman Petrol station Akure Ondo State
Some of the courses available at the school are Innovative Agriculture, Poultry, Piggery, Fishery, Fashion Design, Make up and cosmetology , Welding and fabrication, Renewable Energy and solar solutions , ICT (Computer software Engineering), and Graphics Design
Other program offer by the school are Web design and Development , Automotive mechatronics, Painting and paint making technology, Masonry and tiling , Photography and video editing , Hair and wig making , Plumbing and pipefitting , Auto mechanical technology, Panel beating, Car spray painting/ baking, Modern vulcanizing, Refrigeration and air conditioning and POP /PVC ceiling .
