A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Ondo State Mr Matthew Oyerinmade MATO has assured that the State governor Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa will win the forthcoming governorship election in the state with a landslide victory.
The Okeigbo-born oil and gas Magnet spoke to Journalists on the sideline of APC campaign at Ore, headquarters of Okeigbo local government area of the state.
He said the unprecedented achievements of the state governor within the last ten months in the saddle are enough to give him votes come November 16.
“This mammoth crowd are here because they are convinced and believe in the ability and capability of governor Aiyedatiwa to take the state to the Eldorado.”
“The sea of heads you see here are not for jokes. They are committed people of Ondo State who want continuity of good governance and dividends of democracy.”
“Within the last ten months he has made his impacts felt in all the sectors of the state economy. I’m sure he can do more. He has the experience and wherewithal to turn the state economy around.” He said
Mr Oyerinmade, a quiet philanthropist who has contributed consistently and immensely to poverty alleviation, empowerment and community development in different parts of Ondo State said governor Aiyedatiwa will win the election with a landslide victory with his broad popular appeal.
He said Mato Mandate Group (MMG) which is now a movement in the state is solidly behind the state governor to achieve success before, during and after the election.
“MATO Mandate Group (MMG) which started in the Southern Senatorial Group has now extended its tentacles across the 18 local government areas of the state making it a statewide movement to reckon with.” He said
Oyerinmade, an associate member, Nigeria Institute of Management, Institute of Development Association of Nigeria and a full member, Institute of Strategic Management, urged every party member and people of the state to cooperate with the Governor Aiyedatiwa to succeed, saying God has made him the number one citizen of the state and what is require of every lover of the state is to support him.
