@13: Achievers University has developed beyond imaginations —Owo Bishop

It was all pomp and pagentry yesterday as Achievers University, Owo, renederd an effusive praise unto God over the cessation of its 13th Anniversary at the Cathedral Church of St. Andrew, Imola Owo in Ondo state.
Speaking at the thanksgiving service, the Diocesan Bishop, Rt. Rev Stephen Fagbemi, said the Institution developed and achieved beyond the imaginations of many.
Fagbemi who spoke during his sermon titled: ‘Make your self for available for God’, maintained that the founder of the institution, Dr Bode Ayorinde, is an epitome of a man who made himself much available for ecclesiastical circle.
Going down the memory lane, the Bishop compared the Varsity to muster seed that later occupied vast area of land.
He explained that the institution developed tremendously, noting that Ayorinde worked ‘tooth and nail’ to ensure qualitative Education for the students of the University.
The elated Pro Chancellor said in last 13 years, the school had graduated over 4, 000 students with many personnel, adding that the staff are doing well interms of research.
On the harsh effect of the Covid19, Dr Ayorinde said Staff were not rationalized, short paid but employed more during the pandemic.
He, however, said the infrastructural development were on top gears to face-lift the school.
