UNILAG Alumnus needs N13m to tackle cancer

Michael Opadoja is an alumnus of the University of Lagos, from where he obtained his MSc. degree in Social Psychology. Today , he is down with a sickness which has practically rendered him useless to the society.

For Michael, whose warmth and spirit of volunteerism made him a treasured friend to many, this is is not the best of time.

Michael an indigene of Osun State is presently fighting to live. He was diagnosed with Lymphoma and GIST on the 23rd of January, 2020 and after having undergone 9 rounds of chemotherapy, the tumor remains as aggressive as ever, if not worse.

He said,”The sickness has rendered me useless. I want to contribute my own quota to the development of Nigeria, but I am not in good condition”

The most recent diagnosis of colorectal cancer (Ileal Carcinoma) was reported on the 31st of October, 2020.

The goal is to fly him overseas for an urgent surgery to save his life.

At this point, Michael urgently needs your help and donations to achieve the required amount needed for his bills.

At the moment, he desperately needs a minimum of 30,000 USD (#13million) for his survival.
