The court of appeal sitting in Akure has freed Margaret Oyebola, the head teacher at Sotitobire praising Chapel Akure.
Oyebola was sentenced to life imprisonment by Justice olusegun Odusola by an Ondo state high court in Akure.
Shẹ was jailed alongside Prophet Babatunde Alfa over the dissaparance of one year old Gold kolawole In the church in November 2019.
The appeal court in its judgement read by Justice James Gambo Abundaga said the cirmcumstatial evidence relied upon by the lower court was not sufficient to show that the boy was kidnapped.
