The leadership of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, NYCN has disowned one Shittu Buhari who claims to be the Chairman of the chapter in Ondo State.
In a statement by the National vice President, South West, of NYCN, Amb. Tomi Amosu, the body claimed that Shittu Buhari is not known to them.
“The south west and the national body, wish to say unequivocally that the purpoted Chairman is not known to us.”
Amb. Amosu called on government and Corporate Organizations not to have anything to do with the “purpoted Chairman.”

The attention of the south west leadership of National Youth Council of Nigeria led by Amb. Tomi Amosu, has been drawn to one attention seeker, Mr Shittu Buhari who parades himself as the Chairman, National Youth Council of Nigeria, Ondo State chapter.
The south west and the national body, wish to say unequivocally that the purpoted Chairman is not known to us.
We wish to use this medium to alert all relevant stakeholders in Ondo State that the only recognized executive in Ondo State is the one led by Pathfinder Ogunmolawa Matthew Adewale.
We, therefore call on the Ondo State government and the general public to disregard any activitie(s) of the said ‘Shittu Buhari’. Anyone who deals with him does so at his own peril.
