The Governing Council of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko, has approved the appointment of 27 senior academic staff as Readers and Professors.
The Dr. Tunji Abayomi-led Governing Council gave the approval on Friday, March 26, 2021, at its 75th Regular Meeting.
The newly-elevated academics are Dr. Busuyi E. MEKUSI, Professor (English Studies Department); Dr. Simon O. EHIABHI, Professor (History and International Studies Department) and Dr. Akinyemi S. LALEYE, Reader (Philosophy Department).
Others are Dr. George O. AYENIGBARA, Professor (Human Kinetics and Health Education); Dr. Stephen I. AINA, Reader (Human Kinetics and Health Education); Dr. Adekunle OLATUMILE, Professor (Adult Education); Dr. Francis OLANIYI, Reader (Adult Education); Dr. Stephen T.
