2024 Isinkan Day: Iralepo Visits Media Houses, Seeks Collaboration

As part of activities lined up for the 2024 Isinkan Day celebration, the Iralepo, Ọba Oluwagbemiga Ajimokunola Olofin-Adimula (Arulewolasi III), on Tuesday paid a visit some media organizations in the State Capital. 

The media houses visited include the Ondo State Radiovision Corporation (OSRC), Nigeria Television Authority (NTA) and Radio Nigeria (Positive FM) 

The visit of  the Monarch, Oba Oluwagbemiga Olofin-Adimula, Aruwolasi the 3rd and his retinue of chiefs as well as his cabinet members marked an epical moment for the state owned station, OSRC. 

Oba Olofin-Adimula commended the leadership and staff of the corporation for quality broadcasting and professionalism. 

The Iralepo said the position of OSRC to propagating cultural values and development contributed to his decision to visit and inform the management of the 2 week long activities for Isikan Day 2024.

OSRC Chairman, Mr Kunle Adebayo described the Royal visit as commendable, appreciating the monarch and Isikan people for supporting Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa’s development initiatives 

After the boardroom engagement, Mr Adebayo conducted the Iralepo-in-council to the studio of Orange 95.FM where the monarch featured on a programme 

Oba Oluwagbemiga Olofin-Adimula also visited the Sunshine 96.5 FM studio where he spoke on how isinkan came to be.

Also, at NTA Oba Olofin-Adimula his team arrived at the waiting hands of the General Manager of the station Mrs Olubunmi Oke and her management staff. 

The Monarch intimated them with the activities lined up for the 2024 Isinkan Day and sought the support of the broadcasting outfit. 

The General Manager, Mrs Olubunmi Oke, appreciated the visit of Iralepo and promised to give maximum support for the community. 

The story was the same at the Radio Nigerian, Positive FM where a warm welcome was accorded the Isinkan Monarch and his entourage. 

Series of activities have been lined up for the 2024 Isinkan Day which include; Health fair, empowerment of indigenes, celebration of individuals who have contributed to the towns development among others.
